Code of Ethics

All foreign lawyers registered under section 36P of the Legal Profession Act (Cap 161) and law experts registered under the section 36P of the Legal Profession Act (Cap 161) must comply with the Code of Ethics set out in the First Schedule to the Legal Profession (Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules 2014.

Complaints relating to registered foreign lawyers and registered law experts will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in Part 3 of the Legal Profession (Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules 2014.
